JUST IN: aroots.org - a newish site, en francais, acting as a forum for the discussion of Mies van der Rohe and Hans van der Laan - but it seems to have a lot more too.

dutch architecture - more or less an encylopaedia of dutch architecture. It's mostly text so you need to know a bit of dutch.
the new dutch masters - the pulse is taken of "the top architectural nation in Europe". "Spuybroek insists that many graduates from the key architecture schools in Delft and Eindhoven "can't even end a sentence. They're not taught to explain their projects. There's more research being done in architectural practices than at the architectural schools". (Independent, Nov 2000).
