    BLURB - the site provides consumer-oriented product information - no technical data.

    COLOURS - the site provides a full colour range. Note that colours appear differently on different monitors. Don't let your decision rely on the on-screen colour alone.

    DATASHEETS - web pages that may contain specifying information, technical data, and images.  It can be printed off, but make sure that you click your mouse somewhere on the section of the screen that you want to print.

    LINKS - web sites that provide a worthwhile and appropriate list of other related sites.

    PDF CATALOGUES - these can be viewed directly with your version 4 browser as long as you have the free 'Adobe Acrobat Reader' program, preferably version 4. It's available at www.adobe.com .  If it's not integrated with your browser when you're trying to open PDF pages then check to see that Acrobat has turned itself on. If it hasn't then do so.  Also check that the 'weblink' is set to the right browser in the Acrobat preferences. Otherwise save the adobe document to your hard drive and open it with Acrobat later.

    PHOTOS - the site contains a comprehensive set of product photographs.  Each of these can be saved by right-clicking on the image and selecting 'save image as...'. Mac users should push control and then click on the image.  To print the image by itself right-click it, select 'view image' to isolate it then print.

    PLANS (DGN) - this is a microstation file that can only be downloaded and opened by microstation.

    PLANS (DWF) - this is an autoCAD file that can be viewed on your browser with the right 'plug in'. whip is available free from www.autodesk.com.au .

    PLANS (DWG) or (DXF) - this is an autoCAD file that can be downloaded and opened by any recent CAD software.

    PLANS (GIF) - this isn't a CAD file, it's a photo in GIF or JPEG format. It will open easily in your browser but won't have high clarity.

    PRICE - generally this means the australian recommended retail price is specified on the site. Prices on foreign sites may not be relevant to the local market.
